Antique Pedestal Base

Product Description

Sturdy antique pedestal table base is constructed from solid wood with a dark brown finish. This piece has a thick, ring-turned central column supported by a wide four-point base with scrolled feet. The top surface is a square wooden platform with visible mounting holes for a tabletop. The wood grain is visible throughout the base and has an alligator skin patina to it, which adds character and shows its age.  The legs have a 43 inch wide span on the bottom, which would allow a tabletop to be as big as 48 inches up to  66 inches in diameter.  It measures 24 1/4 inches tall and the center column is roughly 12 inches in diameter.
